Game of Thrones lidera indicações ao Emmy 2016
Série da HBO concorre em 23 categorias da premiação, que acontece no dia 18 de setembro, nos EUA. Veja os principais indicados
Pelo quarto ano seguido, Game of Thrones lidera as indicações ao Emmy Awards.
Os indicados ao Emmy Awards 2016 acabam de ser divulgados. O anúncio oficial aconteceu na manhã desta quinta-feira (14), durante um evento transmitido ao vivo pela Internet, com apresentação de Anthony Anderson, da série black-ish, e Lauren Graham, de Gilmore Girls.
Pelo quarto ano seguido, a série Game of Thrones é a líder nas indicações, concorrendo em 23 categorias. Além do programa da HBO, a série antológica The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime History também ganhou destaque, recebendo 22 nomeações.
Entre as inúmeras categorias da premiação, apenas um brasileiro aparece na lista de indicações. O músico Rodrigo Amarante, ex-integrante da banda Los Hermanos, concorre em Melhor Tema de Abertura pela música que produziu para a série Narcos, da Netflix. Wagner Moura, que interpreta o protagonista da história, ficou fora da disputa.
Voltado para as produções da televisão norte-americana, a 68ª edição do Emmy será realizada no dia 18 de setembro no Microsoft Theater, em Los Angeles, nos Estados Unidos. A premiação será apresentada por Jimmy Kimmel, que comandou a cerimônia em 2012.
